We confirm your pickup window, send a price estimate, and lock in your schedule. Shuttle service is a flat rate — pickup and return included, no zone fees.

Prepare Your Bag
Pack your items in your own laundry bag before the courier arrives. Our driver collects via Gojek, so having everything bagged and ready keeps your pickup smooth.

We Collect
Your courier arrives at the confirmed time. Items are recorded and photographed on the spot before they leave your hands — you have a record, and so do we.

We Care
Garments are sorted by fabric type and processed according to your chosen speed tier. Need whites washed separately? Add-on separation is available — ask us when you confirm.

We Return & You Pay
Your order is packed and sent back to your address. Payment is by transfer or QR code — settled before your items are dispatched back to you.
Your items are photographed and recorded the moment our courier collects them. If we notice anything unusual during processing — a stain, a loose button, a care label concern — we'll message you before we proceed.

Where do you deliver?

We cover Canggu, Pererenan, Seminyak, Dalung, and surrounding areas via Gojek — wider coverage available on request. Shuttle service requires a minimum of 6kg; drop-off at our atelier starts from 3kg.
How do I place an order?

Everything goes through WhatsApp. For shuttle, send your order and any care instructions via chat. For drop-off, speak to our staff directly — they'll note everything on your order.
Are my clothes washed separately from other customers?

Always. Every order gets its own dedicated machine cycle — your laundry is never mixed with anyone else's.
How do I track my order?

Once your order is logged, we send a QR link to your WhatsApp. Use it to track your order status in real time and view our photo documentation of any pre-existing stains or damage — full transparency from the moment we receive your items.
Can I give special care instructions?

Yes — for delicate fabrics, sensitive skin, or specific items, just let us know. We'll adjust the cycle, detergent, or handling accordingly.
What if something is damaged or lost?
